Lesley Edgeler
LESLEY EDGELER has worked as a teacher aide at Tokoroa North Primary School for 28 years. She is a trained Primary School Teacher Librarian (Australian qualifications) and runs her own programmes for individuals and small groups, teaching Remedial Maths, ESOL, phonics and sometimes Scrabble. She writes for a hobby in different genres including Psalms, poetry and plays. In 2014 she won the Tokoroa Little Theatre Inaugural script writing competition for over 17 years of age. Lesley is a member of NZ Christian Writers, a member of the New Zealand Association of Scrabble Players and a member of the Rotorua Scrabble Club. She attends St Mark's Presbyterian Church in Tokoroa where she helps lead the singing and gives the occasional sermon. Lesley sings country gospel music with two singing partners down the street outside Westpac Bank on Saturday mornings. She enjoys reading, singing and walking.
